ONLINE CONFERENCE CONSULTATION AGREEMENT 

I agree to pay $129.99 to have a licensed attorney review my child support issue. I understand that I will receive a personal video consultation in response to my child support questions.I understand that my consultation request will be scheduled only after the full payment is received.

I also understand that all information I provide in connection with my consultation shall be true and accurate.

I also understand that having a personal online consultation does not establish an attorney-client relationship. The attorney reviewing my issue is under no obligation to represent any of the parties mentioned in the consultation.

The online consultation will not exceed 30 minutes.

It is noted that any change to the online consult time should be sent to info@mychildsupportlawyer.com.
